600 grams of beef [flank, ossobuco]
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium bell pepper, cut into small cubes
2 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, cut into large cubes
1 cup of rice
10 cups of water
200 grams of pumpkin (optional)
2 corn on the cobs, sliced
