Locro de pata
Ingredients
500 grams of Locro
2 Cleaned and well-cut patas
2 Onions
100 grams of Cabbage
1 Green onion
Oregano
Cumin
Lemon
5 liters of Water
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the locro and patas with water and cook over medium-low heat for several hours until they soften.
Step 2 : Once the ingredients are tender, add a little salt along with finely chopped onions and cabbage, and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the oregano, cumin, and chopped green onions, bringing to a boil for about 3 minutes.
Step 4 : Finally, serve hot accompanied by lemon.
