In a pot, heat a little oil and sear the chopped meat pieces.
Then, add the onion, tomatoes, diced carrots, and finally the pumpkin in larger chunks.
Add oregano and a pinch of salt.
Cook for 20 minutes until the pumpkin softens.
In a bowl, combine the cornmeal, crumbled cheese, and a little salt.
Knead the ingredients with some of the hot broth and then form the small balls.
Drop these balls into the broth.
Adjust the flavor and cook for another 10 minutes.
Finally, serve the dish very hot.
