Ingredients

1 kilogram of Onions

2 tablespoons of Whole wheat flour

3 tablespoons of Oil

Soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : The recipe begins by peeling and finely chopping the onions.

Step 2 : Then, place a pot over heat with oil and let it warm up.

Step 3 : Add the onions and wait for them to soften before adding the whole wheat flour.

Step 4 : Stir well to ensure no lumps remain.

Step 5 : A pinch of salt and water to taste can be added at this point.

Step 6 : Let cook over medium heat for about half an hour, until the mixture has a creamy texture.

Step 7 : Finally, add a little more hot water and incorporate soy sauce to taste.

Step 8 : Then, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
