Ingredients
½ kilogram of Surubi
1 Green pepper in cubes
1 Red pepper in cubes
3 Tomatoes in cubes
2 Onions in cubes
2 Grated carrots
3 Celery in cubes
1 Leek in slices
1
2 tablespoons of Tomato paste
250 milliliters of Water
250 milliliters of White wine
400 milliliters of Milk
150 grams of Grated Paraguay cheese
Chopped cilantro
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, heat the oil over high heat.
Step 2 : Add the carrots, celery, leeks, onions, peppers, and bay leaf.
Step 3 : Reduce the heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Add the sliced fish, season with salt and pepper, cover the pot, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5 : Then, remove the fish.
Step 6 : In the same pot, pour in the wine, stir, and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 7 : Add boiling water, mix, and cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 8 : Return the fish to the pot, along with the milk, tomato, and tomato paste.
Step 9 : Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 10 : Let it cook for a bit, then add grated cheese, cilantro, and season to taste.
Step 11 : Finally, remove the pot from the heat, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve.
