Ingredients
½ kilogram of Meat
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
2 Tomatoes
1 Red pepper
Fried tomato
Seasonings
Olive oil
½ Beef broth cube
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion with garlic and the chopped meat in olive oil.
Step 2 : Once browned, add the peppers, fried tomato, broth cube, and seasonings.
Step 3 : Cook the mixture for 20 minutes over medium heat, adding water if necessary.
Step 4 : Then, add the rice and mix with the previous preparation.
Step 5 : Add hot water until covered and cook until the rice is ready.
