Ingredients

3 tablespoons of Oil

½ kilogram of Beef (or meat cuts)

1 Onion

1 Tomato

1 Bell pepper

500 grams of Dried beans

200 grams of Rice

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan, heat the oil and brown the diced meat.

Step 2 : Then add the chopped onion, also cut into cubes, and cover the saucepan to simmer for a few minutes.

Step 3 : Proceed to add plenty of hot water and include the beans, adding salt to taste.

Step 4 : Let it boil until the beans are tender.

Step 5 : Then, add the rice and allow it to boil for 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Remove from heat and let it rest before serving.
