Ingredients

1 kilogram of Lean meat

2 Onions

1 teaspoon of Parsley

1 teaspoon of Chopped green onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 Bell pepper

300 grams of Corn flour

4 tablespoons of Oil

3 Cherry tomatoes

1 teaspoon of Chopped parsley

4 tablespoons of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : The first step is to process or grind the meat along with the vegetables in a mortar.

Step 2 : Once this is done, combine the meat with the flour, oil, salt, chopped onion, and parsley to form small meatballs.

Step 3 : Then, evenly distribute the meatball mixture.

Step 4 : Next, heat oil in a pot and add the sautéed vegetables.

Step 5 : Afterward, add hot water and the meatballs.

Step 6 : Let cook for about 20 minutes and finish with fresh parsley.

Step 7 : To add more flavor to the broth, it's suggested to include bones and additional vegetables.

Step 8 : It is important to remove the bones when adding the meatballs, and if desired, you can add rice to complement the dish.
