So’o – Josopy
Ingredients
500 grams of Crushed meat
2 liters of Cold water
2 tablespoons of Rice
3 tablespoons of Oil
1 Onion
1 Bell pepper
1 Tomato
½ A bunch of leaf onions
1 tablespoon of Flour
Oregano
Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The preparation begins by mashing the meat and rice in a mortar or passing them through a meat grinder several times until a paste is formed.
Step 2 : Then, place them in a bowl with two liters of cold water and stir until they are perfectly mixed.
Step 3 : If you prefer to use a blender, proceed to blend the meat, rice, and water until they are uniformly shredded.
Step 4 : In a pot, heat the oil and brown the onion.
Step 5 : Then add the tomato, bell pepper, and finely chopped leaf onions.
Step 6 : Next, add the flour to this mixture, then incorporate the meat and rice dissolved in the cold water.
Step 7 : Keep stirring constantly until the preparation begins to boil.
Step 8 : Finally, add the finely chopped salt, oregano, and parsley.
Step 9 : Let it rest, and it will be ready to serve.
