Ingredients

500 grams of Cornmeal

300 grams of Paraguayan cheese

150 milligrams of Pork fat

4 Julienned onions

5 Eggs

500 milliliters of Milk

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the onions and slice them into julienne strips.

Step 2 : Then, heat the pork fat, onions, and a pinch of salt in a skillet until transparent.

Step 3 : Next, beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cornmeal, milk, and salt to taste, mixing everything very well.

Step 4 : Incorporate the onions into the mixture, then add the Paraguayan cheese cut into cubes or crumbled.

Step 5 : Pour the preparation into a greased dish and bake at 180-200°C for 40-45 minutes, until golden.

Step 6 : Then, let it cool, cut into squares or rectangles, and serve.
