Ingredients
1 kilogram of Corn flour
200 grams of Pork fat
4 Onions
4 Bell peppers
8 Garlic cloves
2 Green onions
250 grams of Paraguayan cheese
3 Eggs
1 cup of Milk
1 liter of Water
Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, melt the fat and sauté the onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic finely chopped.
Step 2 : Add salt, cumin, and water, and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 : In a separate bowl, place the corn flour, crumbled cheese, salt, oregano, and finely chopped green onions.
Step 4 : Take some of the fat floating on the surface of the broth and add it to the mixture.
Step 5 : Knead all the ingredients and form small balls.
Step 6 : Add the balls to the broth and cook for about 10 minutes until they float to the surface.
Step 7 : At that moment, add the milk and some chopped green onions.
Step 8 : In another container, lightly beat the eggs and add a little broth, stirring carefully.
Step 9 : Incorporate this mixture into the vorí and let it boil for just 1 minute.
Step 10 : Finally, add a little cheese and serve hot.
