Ingredients

6 Chicken breasts

1 Loco pepper

2 Chopped tomatoes

1 Diced onion

2 ½ liters of Water

2 Bay leaves

Oregano

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Cumin

250 grams of Cornmeal flour

200 grams of Paraguayan cheese

Chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cutting the chicken into medium-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Next, sear the chicken in a skillet with oil and, once cooked, set aside.

Step 3 : In the same skillet, sauté the onion, tomato, and loco pepper.

Step 4 : In a pot with boiling water, add the vegetables and chicken, then season with salt and bay leaves, and let it boil until the meat is fully cooked.

Step 5 : Subsequently, prepare the balls with cornmeal flour and cheese, adding broth to form the dough, then shape the balls and add them to the broth.

Step 6 : Let it cook for an additional 5 minutes and then remove from heat.

Step 7 : When serving, sprinkle oregano on top.
