Ingredients

250 grams of Chicken

250 grams of Beef

250 grams of Pork

2 Onions

Green onions

1 Locoto (hot pepper)

2 Tomatoes

2 Bay leaves

1 pinch of Salt

Water

Oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by cutting the three types of meat into medium-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Then, sear the meats in a skillet with oil, remove, and set aside.

Step 3 : In the same skillet, sauté the onion, tomatoes, and locoto.

Step 4 : In a pot with boiling water, add the vegetables and chicken, seasoning with salt and bay leaves.

Step 5 : Allow to boil until the meat is fully cooked.

Step 6 : Prepare the balls with cornmeal and cheese, adding broth to form the dough.

Step 7 : Add these balls to the broth and cook for an additional 5 minutes before removing from heat.

Step 8 : To serve, sprinkle a little oregano on top.
