Ingredients
300 grams of Cornmeal flour
4 Eggs
1 Onion
250 grams of Paraguayan cheese
1 cup of Milk
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
1 Pack of noodles
Water
Oregano
1 Potato
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, heat oil and add chopped half an onion with a pinch of salt.
Step 2 : Then add the cubed potatoes and cook slowly, adding water.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, prepare the balls by mixing flour, a beaten egg, blocks of Paraguayan cheese, and water, combining them uniformly and shaping into small balls.
Step 4 : Add milk and noodles to the potato broth and incorporate the balls, allowing them to cook a bit more so the flavors blend.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the dish with a sprinkle of oregano on top.
