Vorí vorí Paraguayo
Ingredients

1 Chicken cut into pieces
1 Red bell pepper
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Green onion
2 cups of Corn flour
150 grams of Paraguayan cheese
1 tablespoon of Oregano
2 ½ liters of Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the water and bring it to a boil along with the chicken pieces.
Step 2 : Then add the chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, salt, pepper, oregano, and chopped parsley.
Step 3 : Let it boil for 35 minutes.
Step 4 : In a bowl, combine the corn flour with the crumbled cheese and knead with a little of the broth.
Step 5 : Form small balls from the mixture.
Step 6 : When the broth has been boiling for about 25 minutes, add the balls and let cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 7 : Adjust seasoning as needed and remove from heat.
Step 8 : Finally, serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
