Ingredients

150 grams of Lard beans

150 grams of Squash

1 Onion

1 Carrot

1 Potato

2 Corn on the cob

1 liter of Water

100 milliliters of Milk

100 grams of Paraguayan cheese

Fresh oregano

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first soak the beans for a few hours.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot, add a little oil and sauté the onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes.

Step 3 : Next, add the carrots and squash cut into cubes, the lard beans, and the corn kernels cut into pieces.
